Alice Machová entered EY as a Senior manager of the Financial consultancy department in September 2010. She specializes in complex accounting and reporting in accordance
with both the IFRS standards, as well as Czech and American norms. Between 2000 and 2005, Alice worked as an Auditor in one of the Top 4 companies in the Czech republic, Canada and in the US. After having spent 5 years predominantly in London working for the EY, where she gained wide experience in auditing practice, she returned to Prague. To a mentee, she can provide experience in the field of opening and leading a newly formed department in a corporation, with working abroad in a very rapidly developing field, as well as experience with how to combine work and family. Namely because Alice works three days a week and in the remaining time, she takes care of her two sons, of 3 and 5.
