Martina Říhová, currently the CEO of Starcom MediaVest Group, began her journey through Czech advertising landscape in 1995 as a
PR manager for clients such as Clairol, Amway or Cesky rozhlas. After a while she moved on to MediaCom to work for Master Foods, BAT or Nokia. In 1999, she decided to accept the offer to become the leader of the Coca Cola Company advertising team, which she later assumed regionally. She helped found the company Starcom in 2000, the foundation of todays SMG, where she currently acts as a CEO. Not only had she been priviledged to work for multinational clients like GEMB, GSK or RSA but also for local “ challengers” like Datart, Kooperativa or Centrum.cz.
