Adámková Jitka

Jitka graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno. In follow-up studies, she obtained a doctoral degree, and, consequently, MBA degree from the Brno International Business School. After starting her professional career at Zbrojovka Brno as a personnel officer in 1999, she became the Deputy Director of Human Resources and then the Executive Director of the company.

Báča Jiří

Jiří, the CEO of Vodafone, came to Vodafone in 2013 as a Vice-President for Care and Sales. Prior to joining Vodafone he worked at GE Money Bank, where he successfully managed commercial banking. Previously, he managed to build the most dynamic bank on the Czech market as the CEO of mBank. Before that he served in the management of CITIBANK, HVB Bank and others. In his free time he draws the energy through skiing, tennis, mountain hiking and traveling.

Anton Muriel

Canadian Muriel Anton is the founder and General Manager of Odyssey, and Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board and former CEO of Vodafone Czech Republic. Muriel first came to the Czech Republic in 2000 to join the start-up of the mobile operator, Oskar, as Vice President for Finance and she guided the company through its acquisition by Vodafone in 2005. Taking over the CEO role of Vodafone Czech in 2008, Muriel was the type of leader that did not merely focus on the business but also on her employees' well-being and wider social and environmental responsibility. Thanks to her efforts, Vodafone launched many innovative programs and won more than 10 awards for CSR innovation, leadership and strategy. In 2010 Muriel led the pformation of a mentoring program and a leadership program for Czech business women – Odyssey, and is now beginning the expansion of Odyssey into other CEE countries. In 2008, 2009, and 2010 she was voted the Most Influential Businesswoman by the renowned economic daily newspaper "Hospodářské noviny" and Woman Manager of the Year for 2009.

Bellinger Denisa

Denisa graduated from the Charles University in Prague and from the Cambridge University. Since 1995, she has been working at Hewlett-Packard as a General Counsel for the CZ and SK. As a member of the company executive board, she also takes on the role of the Company Secretary. Her expert knowledge of the commercial law has made her one of the thought leaders in the legal profession at IT industry. With deep personal commitment and interest, Denisa has covered the position of a Diversity Champion of Hewlett-Packard and has assisted with different activities in the area of Diversity, Inclusion and Gender Studies. Denisa is a mother of an adult daughter and her main interests are cultural events, travelling and weekend sports.

Branton Richard

Richard is a business oriented IT executive with over 25 years of experience leading global IT organizations including the execution of IT strategy and the deployment of large-scale ERP programs. Richard‘s leadership responsibilities have included global infrastructure, client computing, network services, security\risk management, the corporate IT function, SAP programs and many others. He has a proven track record of delivering results in a large corporation and strongly skilled in the areas of organizational development, public speaking and strategy formulation. Richard is a Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at MSD/Merck.

Březinová Martina

Martina is the CEO at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, Czech Republic. Under her leadership, the company has gone through a number of changes and keeps expanding its portfolio to provide comprehensive employee benefit solutions. Martina is a member of the international SWIFT association – Sodexo Women’s International Forum for Talent, which is a working group of 20 senior female managers committed to advancing the gender strategy globally. Martina’s managerial skills have been awarded in the prestigious survey of Top 25 Women in the Czech Business. Martina previously worked for PwC and Telefónica O2. She is a proud mother of a son and spends her leisure time with her family. She loves travelling, dancing and cooking.

Bubeník Jan

Jan is the General Manager of Bubenik Partners, a human resources consultancy company which he founded ten years ago. Otherwise, he has more than fifteen years of experience working for companies like McKinsey&Company and Korn/Ferry International, recruiting both local as well as international senior executives for top management positions. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and frequently holds speeches on recruitment and leadership development in the CEE region. He is a founding member as well as the Chairman of the Corporate Council of the Forum 2000 Foundation. He graduated from Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in Prague as well as from Economics at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He has three children.

Čermáková Senta

Senta is a business professional with a twenty years of international experience in Sales, Marketing and Mergers and Acquisitions. Currently, she holds the role of the Brand & Strategic Innovations Director at Deloitte. Before she worked as the Worldwide Customer Reference Program Director in Hewlett-Packard Corporation and is in charge of the customer reference transformation, aiming to bring HP’s Customer Reference Program infrastructure to the scalable and user-friendly social platform, integrated to, and to build the most valuable and innovative customer reference program on the market. Senta is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, Czech Republic, and holds the Master of Science in Biocybernetics. In 2011, Senta was awarded the Czech Business Person of the Year and she has become the first and only woman winning in this main category in the 18 years history of this competition.

Dohnalová Radka

Drosc Mario

Currently, Mario works as Deputy CEO and Vice-Chairman of the board for Fincentrum. Previously, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Raiffeisenbank Czech Republic. He joined the company in 2006 as a board member responsible for retail banking and deputy CEO. Before joining Raiffeisenbank, he worked for the Slovak VÚB, Komerční banka and as a consultant for McKinsey&Company.

Enstrom Lars

Fiman Petr

Petr linked the first part of his international career with Hydro Czech Republic, the local affiliation of Norsk Hydro ASA, where he served for almost nine years. Since 2002, he has been working as a Vice-President for Electric Powersteering Components Europe, a green-field joint venture in automotive industry owned by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and JTEKT Corporation. Petr holds a PhD in natural sciences and executive education from the Harvard Business School and INSEAD. As the Vice-President of the Czech Institute of Directors, Petr pursues the principles of good Corporate Governance practice in the local business environment. He believes that an open-minded attitude and positive thinking are the keys to success in life and business.

Gawlasová Hana

Hana Gawlasová Hana is a recognized leader in information technology, personal data protection and employment law. She has a background in computer programming and is a keen early-adopter of all things geek. She had been included in the both the list of TOP 25 Czech business women and the list of Notable Czech female lawyers. Hana continuously promotes women in workplace and is very active in pro bono and community investment work. She is a member of a board of trustees of Pro Bono Alliance, an NGO dedicated to bringing better access to legal aid, promoting social responsibility in the legal profession and operating pro bono clearinghouse.

Hejduková Lenka

Lenka Hejduková currently works as an HR Director at Renomia. Before coming to Renomia, she was one of the leading members of Havel, Holásek & Partners attorneys at law. She also acts as a business coach in the area of sales and customer relationships. In the past, Lenka used to be a director at PwC responsible for auditing and consultancy services. She gained her broad experience in this sector both in the Czech republic as well as in Germany and Great Britain. She’s a member of ACCA, the Business woman organisation and the international platform Business & Professional Women.

Hovorková Monika

Monika offers more than twenty years of experience with executive management of international companies. She pursued her career in companies like DHL, Gallup Organization, Citibank, ING and Vodafone, where up till 2013, she acted as Vicepresident for Brand and Communication. After her return from maternity leave in 2014, Monika founded a project called, focused on development of new leaders and their companies. Now she is working as a Marketing Director of Česká spořitelna. Her passion also lies in the development and return of feminine qualitites into the business world. She strongly believes that our world can be a better place and that business leaders contribute greatly by what kind of environment they create in their companies. Monika loves to spend time with her family, particularly with her 4 years old daughter, she relaxes in nature, preferably on a horse back.

Hrdličková Michaela

RNDr.Michaela Hrdlickova, MBA, was born in Brno, where she also graduated from the University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně (now Masaryk University) in the field of General Biology. Michaela has specialized in microbiology and molecular biology and has been certified by Clinical Microbiology Investigative Methods. After several years of work in the microbiological laboratory she started working in 1995 in the pharmaceutical industry, where Michaela went through many positions from the medical representative to the CEO of the Czech branch. Since 2010, Michaela has been headed by Biogen's American biotechnology subsidiary, and since 2011 has also been Vice President of the Innovative Pharmaceutical Industry Association. In 2013, Michaela received an MBA specialization in Health Care at the Academy of Health Care Management Čelákovice. Michaelas mentor specialization is handed the experience to women who start in managing positions. Michaela has 2 adult children, enjoys jazz, swing, art, yoga and travel.

Hudáková Anna

Anna works since August 2011 in Prague as HR Director for Czech Republic and Slovakia to the Sanofi Group, which connects the brand Zentiva, Sanofi Pasteur and Genzyme. Anna has extensive experience with management and development of people in international companies and since 2003 she is a president of Management Association for Human Resources Development in Slovakia. Anna began her business life in Coca-Cola in Slovakia, where she was responsible for founding the first HR department. She was part of two large transformations - restructurings of state companies into customer-oriented company. Firstly in Slovak International Tabak / Reemstma and then in Slovak telecom / Deutsche Telekom. Anna is hapilly married and with her husband Peter has two smart kids - daughter Petra and son Martin.

Grabmayer Petra

Since 2009 Petra Grabmayer has been working for Pedersen & Partners, a global Executive search company. She started as Consultant, later became Country Manager and in 2014 she was promoted to Partner. Before joining the firm Ms. Grabmayer acted as the Sales Manager in ProTrans International, a US based supplier of logistics services. Prior to that she worked in Vienna, Austria as a Sales & Marketing Manager at the daughter company of Raiffeisen Landesbank, Business Travel Unlimited. She started her professional career as Director at Berlitz School of Languages. Ms. Grabmayer has an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s Degree from Prague University of Economics. She speaks native Czech and is fluent in English and German.

Chaloupková Michaela

Michaela Chaloupkova has been working for ČEZ for almost 11 years. She started her career there as a sales referent and worked her way up to the Head of purchasing department, where she was responsible for purchasing all services and materials needed for building and maintaining power plants, distribution networks, for coal mining and for the overall function of the ČEZ Group. No wonder that in 2010, she became a member of the company’s board, the only female one. You can say about Michaela, that she has personally been through every ladder in the company management. Since 2014 she’s been leading the Group human resources with more than 500 people in her team. In 2012, she first appeared in the Top 25 business women survey by Hospodarske noviny and one year later, she was voted the 4th most powerful woman within it. Michaela has a four-year old son, so work-life balance is a very live topic for her.

Chuecos Barbora

Since 2003, Barbora has been the General Manager of Mary Kay Czech Republic and Slovakia. Before that, she had worked in the company as a Marketing Manager. Under her leadership, the company received a number of European and global awards. In 2011, Barbora won the reader´s nominations at in the TOP 25 Czech Businesswomen contest. A year later, she was placed second. Barbora graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and gained her first business experience at Johnson&Johnson. She loves her work but her greatest success is her family, she says. She is married and has a five-year old son. Her hobbies include canistherapy, yoga and running.

Jirák, Pavel

Pavel has been working for the Komerční banka Group in different positions for almost 25 years. Currently, he is the Human Resources Director in Komerční banka. In 2006 he was promoted to the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board of Penzijní fond Komerční banky. Under his leadership the company was transformed and succeeded in the pension reform. Pavel graduated from Finance at the University of Economics in Prague. Pavel has three children and enjoyes doing sports with his family.

Kaye Paul M.

President of Rolls-Royce International for Central and Eastern Europe, Paul´s focus is on strategic business development throughout the region, in the aerospace, defense, energy, nuclear and marine industries. An innovator by nature, engineer and scientist by training, and holder of multiple patents in the mining and metallurgical fields, in his early career Paul specialized in developing products and markets related to the recovery of gold, both at home in South Africa and in a wider geographical area including South America, Africa, Australia, and Europe. He acts in an advisory role to governments on manufacturing in the aerospace and defense industries and provides strategic leadership to a number of consortia in these sectors. Negotiating the multiplicity of cultures and business practices that exist in a wide variety of industries and across dozens of countries requires tenacity, tact, and a very long-term strategic outlook. It is in this area that Paul´s experience and success are invaluable.

Kotrba Josef

Josef has worked for Deloitte since 1999. First, as an Executive partner of the Financial advisory division and later on as an Executive partner of the whole company, where he now leads a team of almost 800 employees. He’s experienced in the area of privatisation, restructuring, fusions and acquisitions, but also lead many projects focusing on the public sector. Josef studied Faculty of Economics at the Charles University and continued his Ph.D. studies at the University of Pittsburgh. In the past, he acted as a board member of Czech Telecom and as a deputy CEO of Česká spořitelna, where he was responsible for investment banking division. Josef has been interested in art ever since he was a child, he’s a passionate collector of old maps and likes to spend his rare free time cooking, hiking and hanging out with his family at his weekend house.

Kovářová Kateřina

Katerina is an experienced professional, currently working for EY as marketing director for Central & Southeast Europe, responsible for managing and driving marketing strategy in 21 countries. She has extensive marketing and management experience not only in planning and managing marketing strategy, but also in public relations, internal communications and brand promotion. Katerina is a leader with ability to motivate and manage high performing teams. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Business Administration of the Prague University of Economics. Her hobbies include running, sport climbing and skiing.

Kowalska-Marrodan Marta

Marta Kowalska-Marrodan advises entrepreneurs, family businesses, and private equity firms on CEO succession and senior leadership development in the CEE region. Marta is often engaged in executive search for CMOs and legal professionals. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Marta led her own business organizing international conferences in Poland and was a journalist and news producer with Interpress Press Agency in Warsaw. Marta earned an MA in Languages and History from University of Warsaw and an MBA at Ashridge Management College in the UK.

La Ronca Parpel Kristin

Kristin is an executive coach and business consultant at her own company, KLP Coaching, which offers individual coaching, team facilitation and leadership workshops. Before becoming a coach, she spent more than 15 years as a senior executive in the advertising business at the Wunderman agency in Prague and New York. In New York, she was later responsible for the development, new business acquisition and internal relations for more than 60 agencies worldwide of the Euro RSCG group. After maternity leave, Kristin became a certified coach. Lambert Martina

Martina spent the last sixteen years working in marketing departments of financial and banking institutions as well as in the FMCG industry. At this moment, she acts as the Senior Manager for Communication and CSR at MONETA Money Bank. Before she was the Head of Marketing and Communications and Head of Facility Management and Transaction Services in LBBW Bank, where she reports directly to the GM. She specializes in crisis communication, media relations, rebranding and launching new brands. During her career, she became an expert on leading problematic teams and performing even with limited budgets. Thanks to this aforementioned know how and skills, she can be of help to a mentee, who wants to leverage her leadership and management skills, learn how to solve problems effectively, or learn how to deal with limited budgets.

Lišková Simona

Simona acts as a Digital Marketing Director at Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition. She is responsible for digital activities of Nutrilon and Hami brands on the Czech and Slovak markets. Simona has more than 18 years of experience in the field of marketing and integrated communication. She started her successful career building the IKEA brand in the CZ and Slovakia. She gained further know how holding senior positions in agencies Young&Rubicam, Ogilvy&Mather and in Telefónica O2 company. She was responsible for marketing campaigns of many famous brands like Mondeléz, Pepsi-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive, Philip Morris, Home Credit, Nadace Leontinka and many others. Simona likes to spend her spare time with her three kids, she likes to study psychology and mentor people.

Luft Bedřich

Since 2012, Bedrich has led the HP Enterprise Services group in the Czech Republic which includes IT enabled business transformation delivered through Consulting, Application Services and IT Outsourcing. Bedrich has extensive experience in Business Development, Solution Selling and Service Management. During his career he did several key service start-up projects and complex service transformations. His style of mentoring could be defined as: Relator, Deliberative, Consistent, Self-assured, Futuristic.

Machová Alice

Alice Machová entered EY as a Senior manager of the Financial consultancy department in September 2010. She specializes in complex accounting and reporting in accordance with both the IFRS standards, as well as Czech and American norms. Between 2000 and 2005, Alice worked as an Auditor in one of the Top 4 companies in the Czech republic, Canada and in the US. After having spent 5 years predominantly in London working for the EY, where she gained wide experience in auditing practice, she returned to Prague. To a mentee, she can provide experience in the field of opening and leading a newly formed department in a corporation, with working abroad in a very rapidly developing field, as well as experience with how to combine work and family. Namely because Alice works three days a week and in the remaining time, she takes care of her two sons, of 3 and 5.

Martínek Stanislav

Stanislav is currently the Supply Chain Director of Nestlé in the Czech and Slovak Republics. He has been a member of the Nestlé Management Committee for more than 15 years. During his working career, he has acquired a lot of experience with splitting and merging of companies, re-building of teams, outsourcing and other organisational changes. He started in the company as a Central Planning Manager and after two years was promoted to the Logistic Director and became a member of the top management. He is currently responsible for three key areas - (1) customer service, warehousing and transport; (2) demand planning, production planning and supply; (3) purchasing. He is an active member of the Club of Logistics Managers and of the ECR industry association.

Le Moigne Taťána

Tania le Moigne is managing Google Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2006. She has been working in the IT industry and the internet world for most of her career. She spent ten years at Microsoft in Prague, Munich and London, where she held various managing positions in the areas of marketing, IP protection, channel and enterprise strategy. As a Founder and CEO of 4bambini, s.r.o., Tania develops values based games for children age 3-7. In 2009 Tania was honored as “Personality of the Czech Internet" by LUPA. In 2011, Tania received “Top 25 Women of Czech Business", award by Hospodarske noviny. Since 2012 Tania belongs to Top 50 most influential women in the Czech republic as listed by FORBES. In 2014 Tania received an award HR personality of the year. Since 2011 Tania cooperates with non-commercial mentoring project Odyssey as a mentor. She occasionally cooperates with the University of Economics, New York University and was as well an early lecture of European Leadership & Academic Institute in Prague. Taťána is a Board member of NGO Dobry Andel, a member of YPO Czech Republic and a Board Member of Aspen Institute Prague.

Mrázová Lenka

Lenka Mrázová spent 21 years of her career in the field of international tax consultancy, auditing and accounting for large multinational companies. As a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers she enjoyed leading teams, developing her people and communicating with clients. For more than 13 years she works with NGOs: she acts as Chairwoman of the Board of VIA Foundation. People and empowerment of their authenticity is her focus now – she runs her company LMentio focusing on Business, Women, Philanthropy, Mentoring and Coaching. She contributes regularly to Hospodarske noviny, and other. She lectures at CVUT, where she designed two new study subjects.

Novotný Václav

Vaclav worked 19 years in different management positions in the major pharmaceutical company Merck (known as MSD in Europe) out of which almost 12 years as the Managing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Under his leadership the Czech subsidiary won several internal awards for the fastest growing country organization and successfully underwent several major restructurings and one of the biggest mergers in the industry. Vaclav left the company in 2015 and currently serves as the Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Prague and is involved in several start-up projects mainly in healthcare. Vaclav holds a Medical Doctor degree from Charles University 1st Medical Faculty and MBA degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. Vaclav serves also as a Mentor for European Women on Boards project co-funded by the European Union.

Pacák Milan

Milan launched local Esselte branch in 1997 and since 2002 he has been in charge of the development of Esselte’s business in the CEE region. As Regional Vicepresident, he oversees branches in Poland, Russia, Hungary, Romania or Ukraine. He used to work in sales previously for a French company Bull or Korean Daewoo. Milan has a degree from ČVUT and an MBA degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. He’s a YPO member and likes to spend his free time with his family and friends at his weekend house.

Popovič Viktor

After almost 20 years at McKinsey, having founded and led McKinsey’s Prague office Viktor became the CEO of fast-growing Euram Bank, based in Vienna, which he later acquired from the original investors and built into a profitable private, investment and merchant bank. In 2013, after divesting the bank’s major proprietary holdings, Viktor handed over the management to his colleagues and joined forces with his partners to create EnCor. His focus has been on corporate finance: mergers, acquisitions and growth projects in banking, consumer goods and heavy industries. He led proprietary investments in payment services, asset management, investment banking, insurance, aviation and concierge services.

Průšová Petra

Petra graduated from the University of Economics Prague. In 1995, she founded her own market research agency AMD. Four years later, she became the Managing Director of the newly formed Millward Brown Czech Republic. At the moment, she hold the position of the Regional Managing Director & Licensees Europe, being responsible for acquiring new companies in the CEE region and running 7 licensees offices. She teaches data analysis and market research at the Charles University and the University of Economics. Her professional experience includes leading and coordination of international clients and large-scale international projects.

Punch Alice

Alice Punch has nearly two decades of management consulting experience across a wide range of industries and geographies. A global citizen, Alice has lived and worked in Canada, USA, Europe, and the Middle East & North Africa and has a particularly deep understanding of Central Europe. Her core expertise lies in helping senior leaders improve business performance through leadership development, change management, talent assessment and executive recruitment advisory. Alice is the Founder and Managing Partner of Punch Leadership Consulting. Prior to that, she served as Group HR Director for Sanofi. Riebová Jana

Jana graduated from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague, but devoted all her career to human resources. She gained her first professional experience while preparing training programs at the Institute of Modern Management and organizing conferences for the Charles University. From 1993 to 2002 she held several HR positions at Čokoládovny, moving from the Training Manager to the HR Director. After a short experience at the telecommunications company of Český mobil, she settled in the banking industry. Currently, she works as the HR Director at UniCredit Bank. She is also active as a Management Board member of the Czech Society for Human Resources Development.

Ryska Petr

Petr is the Head of Central and Eastern Europe at Worldline, European leader in the payments and transactional services industry. He has more than 10 years of experiences from senior executive roles with key focus on business transformation. He worked as the Vice-president at Vodafone Czech Republic, being responsible for the whole Enterprise segment, as well as the CEO of Czech printing & packaging group OTK. He started his professional path in Management Consulting at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. In 2011, Petr has been awarded as the "Young Manager of the Year". He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Economics in Prague and a MBA from the City University of Seattle. Petr has three children and his biggest leisure activity is mountain biking.

Řezáb Božena

Říhová Martina

Martina Říhová, currently the CEO of Starcom MediaVest Group, began her journey through Czech advertising landscape in 1995 as a PR manager for clients such as Clairol, Amway or Cesky rozhlas. After a while she moved on to MediaCom to work for Master Foods, BAT or Nokia. In 1999, she decided to accept the offer to become the leader of the Coca Cola Company advertising team, which she later assumed regionally. Sharma Balesh

Balesh Sharma joined Vodafone at the beginning of this year. He comes from India and he transfered to Vodafone Czech republic from Vodafone Malta which market share he helped to significantly improve as its CEO. Previsously he worked in top management in Vodafone India and in companies like BPL Mobile, Xerox and Ricoh. He enjoys spending free time with family. He also likes to play golf and when possible he goes on boat or diving.

Schmiedová Jitka

Jitka has been working in Human Resources since 1998. Currently, she is the Human Resources Director at Česká spořitelna, where she returned after two and half years acting as a Vicepresident for Human resources and Property at Vodafone Czech republic. Earlier, she held senior HR positions in General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic, Norsk Hydro ASA, Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Czech and Accenture. She has been responsible for people recruitment, compensation and benefits schemes, training and development as well as for introduction of the companies’ motivation programs.

Slavtcheva Sonia

Currently, Sonia is CFO at Allianz Pojstovna and Allianz penzijni společnost, where she is responsible for the finance processes as well as asset and risk management and reinsurance. She has 20 years of professional experience in finance, mostly in financial services area. Most recently she was CFO of Home Credit group worldwide, where she supported the company’s growth in emerging markets from Russia to China. Prior to it, Sonia was for more than 10 years with GE Money and GE Real Estate in Central and Eastern Europe, Germany and in the US, where she gained considerable experience in restructuring, green field set ups, mergers& acquisitions as well as funding. Sonia has MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Sottero Antonella

Antonella Sottero, the Managing Director of Ferrero CZ & SK, was born in Alba, Italy and joined Ferrero after graduating in Economics at the University in Turin. She started in local marketing and ever since then gained experience in many departments of the Ferrero Company and in different countries, acquiring a remarkable international management competency. She managed the Fererro family business in in Italy, Germany, Eastern Europe, Africa, at the Group Headquarters in Luxembourg, and now in the Czech Republic. Her most rewarding project is “Social Enterprises”, which involved Enterprise/Production plants which were created in difficult market areas (Cameroon, South Africa, India) with the aim of creating business and redistributing part of the income locally through social initiatives.

Soucek Magdalena

Magdalena is the Country Managing Partner of Ernst & Young in the Czech Republic and also a partner in the Assurance practice. In 1983, Magdalena joined the Boston office of Arthur Andersen and seven years later she founded their office in Prague. After merging with Ernst & Young, she continued to develop the audit, accounting and advisory practice in the Czech Republic. In 2008, she became the Country Managing Partner. Magdalena graduated from the University of Massachusetts and she is a Certified Public Accountant and a qualified Czech Statutory Auditor. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Czech Chamber of Auditors. From 2006 to 2008, she was the President of the Czech-American Chamber of Commerce and remains active as a member of the Board of Directors.

Sova Jakub

Jakub Sova has been a Partner at Deloitte since 2010, specializing in Management Consulting in the areas of transportation, CFO services, operational excellence and revenue enhancement. After his graduation from the University of Economics in 1995, he moved to Germany to work for Munich-based consultation company HBO Consulting Partners. Later, back in the country, he co-founded his own consulting business called Consulting Partners, which he successfully sold to Deloitte in 1999. There, thanks to his technical knowledge from several functions (CFO, Sales, HR, Strategy etc.), he served more than 150 clients in various industries.

Staehelin Philip

Philip Staehelin is the Managing Partner of Roland Berger in the Czech republic. Before joining the stratregy consultants, Philip acted as CEO of the company CCS. He is also a founding investor of Video Recruit, which introduces cutting edge technology into the process of recruiting. In the past, Philip held executive roles in A.T. Kearney, T-Mobile, Accenture, and UniCredit Investment Bank. He is a Swiss-American and worked in a dozen countries around the world during his many years in management consulting. Philip serves (or has served) on Boards of industry associations, start-ups, VC/PE-backed companies and non-profits. Most recently he was elected to the Board of Transparency International.

Starková Klára

Klára Starková is a Member of the Executive Committee at Generali PPF Holding. She is responsible for organizational development and human resources in Poland and Slovakia. Before joining Generali PPF Holding, she worked 11 years for McKinsey & Company, where she started her professional career as an analyst and later became a partner specialized in financial institutions at the EU and emerging markets level. Klára was born in 1972 and graduated in 1995 from Vienna University with a degree in economics and business administration (majoring in capital markets and statistics). She completed her MBA studies at the US Business School in Prague in 1996.

Stejskalová Barbora

After running her own business in sales and later working in the sales department of Johnson&Johnson, Barbora pursued her career in human resources. She held several senior positions at General Electric, including that of the HR Project Manager in Dublin. After coming back to the Czech office, she was responsible for the employee benefits program for the CZ and SK. From 2003 to 2012, she worked as HR Director for the Deutsche Telekom Group, first in Slovakia and later in the Czech Republic. Currently, she acts as the Managing Director at her own company called Human Garden, which offers services in HR, corporate culture and coaching. Her greatest joy is her two small children. She enjoys mushrooming in the woods and she cannot imagine herself being on a diet.

Highly regarded for her insight and effectiveness in developing and managing communications programs for high-profile clients such as Honeywell, MasterCard, GE Money, Bayer Schering Pharma, Pilsner Urquell, and many more, Dita has been a trusted advisor to CEOs for more than 16 years through a wide variety of business cycles, from image and education to branding and re-branding, to IPO analyst/investor interface, and crisis communications. In addition, she has led communication training programs across Central and Eastern Europe. Formerly Chairperson of the Association of Public Relations Agencies (APRA), she has also co-authored books on corporate communications strategies.

Stuchlíková Zuzana

Zuzana is the founder and partner of Stuchlíková & Partners, Attorneys-at-Law, where together with her partners and employees, she specializes predominantly on the sphere of commercial law and M&A, e-commerce, IT, intellectual property, copyright, advertisement and bank and finance law. Zuzana is also one of the owners and managers of several projects in e-commerce. In the last eight years, she worked for renown law offices such as Dvořák Hager & Partners or Linklaters. She has a degree from both the Faculty of law as well as from the Faculty of mathematics of the Charles University in Prague. As part of her studies, she completed a fellowship at the European Commission in Luxembourg.

Suri Sanjiv

When I came to Prague for the first time in the beginning of 90’s, it charmed me immediately. But st the same time it was evident, that the sphere of gastronomy as well as of other services here are in their infancy. I decided to change that and I opened my first restaurant – Zátiší Wine house. Since then, the company has grown and prospered. There are now four restaurants and a catering service in the Zátiší group and I consider Czech republic to be my home. My biggest luck in life are my four children – Virat, Jacqueline, Shaan and Jasmine and of course my wife and their mother Markéta.

Šedivá Ivana

Ivana has more than 20 years of experience in a leading position, more than 4 years as a Marketing Director for Mc Donald´s . Another 10 years Ivana spent in retail, mostly Tesco (but also Ahold, OBI). Ivana has a university degree and post-graduate degree in electrical engineering/artificial intelligence. Given this experience, she is able to share how to behave in a male dominated environment, seeing things in a bigger picture, help to find deeply rooted patterns.

Šlezingr Vladěk

Vladěk currently acts as the Director of IBM Global Business Services for Czech and Slovakia and at the same time, he leads the Telecommunications and Energetics sector for the CEE region. Vladěk has been with IBM since 2003. Between 2010 – 2013 he acted as the Director of IBM’s Czech branch. Before joining IBM, he worked for PwC and Accenture.
