Dragana Beara, currently leads Global Solutions Marketing for Intelligent Edge, at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Dragana, a Canadian based in Singapore, is a 22 year veteran of the IT Industry. Over the past 11 years Dragana lead creation, and marketing of mobility and workplace productivity solutions, most recently focusing on the emerging Internet of Things (IoT) space. Dragana’s IT experience spans selling, consulting, and marketing of digital transformation initiatives. In addition to her rich corporate career, Dragana spent one year collaborating with a Big Data Analytics start-up – SalesChoice Inc. Dragana holds B.A.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering from University of Waterloo. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, running, travelling and reading.

Currently, she is the Human Resources Director at Česká spořitelna, where she returned after two and half years acting as a Vicepresident for Human resources and Property at Vodafone Czech republic. Earlier, she held senior HR positions in General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic, Norsk Hydro ASA, Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Czech and Accenture. She has been responsible for people recruitment, compensation and benefits schemes, training and development as well as for introduction of the companies’ motivation programs.

Slavtcheva Sonia

Currently, Sonia is CFO at Allianz Pojstovna and Allianz penzijni společnost, where she is responsible for the finance processes as well as asset and risk management and reinsurance. She has 20 years of professional experience in finance, mostly in financial services area. Most recently she was CFO of Home Credit group worldwide, where she supported the company’s growth in emerging markets from Russia to China. Prior to it, Sonia was for more than 10 years with GE Money and GE Real Estate in Central and Eastern Europe, Germany and in the US, where she gained considerable experience in restructuring, green field set ups, mergers& acquisitions as well as funding. Sonia has MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Vadkerti Andrea

Her life mission is to motivate others to live their dream and to openly express their true self. This mission has been guiding her career decisions as well, so in 2011, she started a series of in-depth interviews with interesting people called Portrét on the TA3 TV station. Her career as a journalist gained momentum after graduating in international law and management and becoming an anchor of the main news at Markíza TV station. While working at the TV station, she began interviewing women in the first female talkshow on Radio Twist and after that, in printed media as well. In 3003, she faced the challenge to build from scratch the first daily talkshow in Slovakia, which soon became a hit and was broadcasted for almost two years on the public service TV channel STV. Andrea passionately devotes time to help women. For the sixth year already, she's been the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Slovak-Czech Womens Fund and she regularly gives lectures during women conferences all over the world. Andrea is also a certified business coach and a mother of three kids. She currently lives in Singapore.
