Petra Berecová studied at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Comenius University in Bratislava and subsequently at the Faculty of Law, specializing in international relationships. She worked in the automotive industry as HR director at Yazaki Slovakia. She has been with Slovak Telekom (Deutsche Telekom AG) since 2005, initially working in T-Mobile Slovensko’s HR Division as Head of Compensation and Benefits. Since 2007 she was managing T-Mobile's HR Division, participating in all Company's business decisions as a member of top management. As of 1 January 2010 she assumed the position of the Executive Vice-President for Human Resources of Slovak Telekom, while preparing the integration of T-Mobile Slovensko and Slovak Telekom, a.s. Since the integration of ST and T-Mobile in July 2010, Petra Berecová as a member of ST Executive Management Board is holding the position of Chief HR Officer.
Between 1997 and 2006, Vladimir worked for the Czech national bank. After that, he switched to the private sector and between 2007 - 2010 he was in the lead of Aegon insurance and pension fund. From September 2010 till May 2013 he worked as a CEO of Generali insurance company in Slovakia. Currently he works for Generali Group as a CEO of the largest Czech insurance company, Česká spořitelna and he is also in charge of its business in the area of Central and Eastern Europe. Vladimir also participated in many Czech government consultancy bodies (e.g. the National Economic Council). He is known for his deep knowledge of the pension system and its reform. He is married with four kids. He likes to spend his free time with his family, playing golf and sometimes he likes to join a card game. He lives in Dobřichovice, where he's been voted a local council member three times in a row.
Petr Brávek started his banking career in Creditanstalt where he was responsible for implementation of several key banking projects. In 2001, he switched to HVB Czech Republic and as Member of Board of Directors; he was responsible for organisation, finance and private banking. From 2005, he was employed in Prague Airport and then he moved to Česká sporiteľňa as Head of Organisation Division and CIO. He came to Slovenská sporiteľňa from his position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of s IT Solutions Holding in Vienna. As part of this job position, he participated in an important IT restructuring project in Erste Group. On 1 April 2012, Petr Brávek became new Member of Board Directors of Slovenská sporiteľňa.

He has over 18 years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management and business advisory services. Marián is a licensed statutory auditor of the Slovak Chamber of Auditors, an ACCA Fellow, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors with a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) licence; he is also certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) by ISACA. Marián has extensive knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA), Institute of Internal Auditors Standards, ISACA Standards, International Accounting Standards (IAS and US GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).

Jana Langerova studied Economic University, Faculty of Business informatics. She dedicated her 20-year career to banking and to the colours of the CSOB financial group. In the past, she held several analytical and management positions in CSOB, where she specialized in financial accounting, reporting, controlling and data mining. During these years, she engaged in strategic banking projects, first as a project team member and later as the project manager. Mainly projects related to the implementation of new information systems for the bank brought her a lot of experiences within different banking areas. In 2006, she became the senior executive manager and a BoD member in CSOB Building Saving Bank. She is responsible for the financial management, information technology, credits, back -office departments for deposit and credit products as well as implementing risk management strategies. She utilized her manager strengths in the key reorganization and optimization of processes that resulted in the transformation of the company to a stable bank with increasing market shares and financial results.

Drahomíra Mandíková is a member of the board and executive committee of Plzeňský Prazdroj. For fifteen years now, she has been working in an environment which is, not just at first sight, a male domain. She holds the post of Corporate Affairs Director, in charge of the communication and reputation of the business and its brands. She is also a board member of the Czech Brewers and Maltsters Association, where she is actively involved in supporting the image of Czech Beer and advancing the Czech brewing industry. Ivana Molnárová studied University of Mathematics and Physics at the Charles University in Bratislava. After graduation she worked for a family company Anyhel in Humenné. In 2011, she joined Profesia as a Sales Representative. In 2008, she was promoted to the position of Marketing and Sales Director for Profesia in the Czech republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Since October 2010 she acts as an Executive Director of the company. She has been awarded the TOP Female of Slovakian business in a survey conducted by Hospodarske noviny. She has two kids.
Renata Renata Mrázová began her career in 1995 in the Swedish pharmaceutical company Astra, where she held several positions in the Finance and HR departments. She joined ING group in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer for the Czech and Slovak Republic. In 2005, she decided to accept the offer to build Direct Insurance Company from scratch in the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board. The next period she devoted to her family and her own company, which specialized in retail activity. She returned to the position of CFO in ING Group in 2009. Since June 2011 she is responsible for the insurance and pension activities of ING on both Czech and Slovak markets as CEO. ING Life was awarded Best Insurance Company and Most Customer-Friendly Insurance Company in 2012 – within a prestigious competition arranged by Hospodarske noviny (HN) daily. She significantly contributes to increasing diversity in czech and slovak business by supporting mentoring programs for women.

Her life mission is to motivate others to live their dream and to openly express their true self. This mission has been guiding her career decisions as well, so in 2011, she started a series of in-depth interviews with interesting people called Portrét on the TA3 TV station. Her career as a journalist gained momentum after graduating in international law and management and becoming an anchor of the main news at Markíza TV station. While working at the TV station, she began interviewing women in the first female talkshow on Radio Twist and after that, in printed media as well. In 3003, she faced the challenge to build from scratch the first daily talkshow in Slovakia, which soon became a hit and was broadcasted for almost two years on the public service TV channel STV. Andrea passionately devotes time to help women. For the sixth year already, she's been the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Slovak-Czech Womens Fund and she regularly gives lectures during women conferences all over the world. Andrea is also a certified business coach and a mother of two kids. She currently lives in France.

Peter was born in Slovakia and brough up in Germany and Hong Kong. He studied Management and Economics at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. He started his career in the Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Munich. In 2002, he joined the adidas Group, where he was responsible for strategic development in the EMEA region. Since 2004 he was responsible for the Czech branch of adidas in Prague. Following the acquisition of the Reebok brand in 2006, he was made responsible for the integration of Reebok in the Czech republic. Following that, Peter was apointed the CEO. In this function, he's responsible for the development of both brands on Czech, Slovakian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian market. He loves classical music, but enjoys Slovakian folklore just as much. He likes hiking and getting to know different cultures through travelling. He sees his mission in supporting young, value-oriented talents.
Before joining Google as the Head of Agency, Vanda conjoined her professional career with the global marketing brand Ogilvy, where she worked for more than 22 years. The last ten years of which, as the regional director of Ogilvy One in Paris. At the same time, she was the only woman in the European board of Directors. She was responsible for the development of business opportunities in the area of Telecommunication, IT and digital media and oversaw the development of CEE region branches. She also took care of Ogilvy's largest client, IBM and its activities in the EMEA region. Before moving abroad, she hold the post of the Vicepresident of Czech PR agencies Association for three years. She's been voted the Woman of the year in 2000 and the famous director Věra Chytilová shot a document about her for Czech TV.
