Jana Langerova studied Economic University, Faculty of Business informatics. She dedicated her 20-year career to banking and to the colours of the CSOB financial group. In the past, she held several analytical and management positions in CSOB, where she specialized in financial accounting, reporting, controlling and data mining. During these years, she engaged in strategic banking projects, first as a project team member and later as the project manager. Mainly projects related to the implementation of new information systems for the bank brought her a lot of experiences within different banking areas. In 2006, she became the senior executive manager and a BoD member in CSOB Building Saving Bank. She is responsible for the financial management, information technology, credits, back -office departments for deposit and credit products as well as implementing risk management strategies. She utilized her manager strengths in the key reorganization and optimization of processes that resulted in the transformation of the company to a stable bank with increasing market shares and financial results.
