Jitka works as Senior Vice President Applied Excellence & Change in Innogy SE in Germany. Jitka is driving the biggest cultural change program within innogy Group to fundamentally change daily way of working and how people are led by boosting lean, agile and systemic change topics for more than 30thsd employees in several countries. Jitka graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University followed with doctor studies and MBA degree. Jitka has besides Culture and Change Management expertise strong background in B2C Customer Care area proven by several years’ experience as Managing Director & COO of innogy Customer Care Company in CZ. She was working more than 15 years in Human Resources area in several positions leading a wide range of transformations and international teams including HR Director role for CZ and East activities.
