Monika offers more than twenty years of experience with executive management of international companies. She pursued her career in companies like DHL, Gallup Organization, Citibank, ING and Vodafone, where up till 2013, she acted as Vicepresident for Brand and Communication. After her return from maternity leave in 2014, Monika founded a project called Elevations.cz, focused on development of new leaders and their companies.
