Erich is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Air Bank. He started his career 23 years ago at Procter&Gamble, later moving to McKinsey&Co and GE Money. In 2007, he joined the PPF Group as the CEO of Home Credit in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In the past four years, he has been committed to starting up and developing Air Bank.
