Jan is the General Manager of Bubenik Partners, a human resources consultancy company which he founded ten years ago. Otherwise, he has more than fifteen years of experience working for companies like McKinsey&Company and Korn/Ferry International, recruiting both local as well as international senior executives for top management positions. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and frequently holds speeches on recruitment and leadership development in the CEE region.
