Zuzana is the founder and partner of Stuchlíková & Partners, Attorneys-at-Law, where together with her partners and employees, she specializes predominantly on the sphere of commercial law and M&A, e-commerce, IT, intellectual property, copyright, advertisement and bank and finance law. Zuzana is also one of the owners and managers of several projects in e-commerce. In the last eight years, she worked for renown law offices such as Dvořák Hager & Partners or Linklaters.
