Philip Staehelin is the Managing Partner of Roland Berger in the Czech republic. Before joining the stratregy consultants, Philip acted as CEO of the company CCS. He is also a founding investor of Video Recruit, which introduces cutting edge technology into the process of recruiting. In the past, Philip held executive roles in A.T. Kearney, T-Mobile, Accenture, and UniCredit Investment Bank.
