Pavel has been working for the Komerční banka Group in different positions for almost 25 years. Currently, he is the Human Resources Director in Komerční banka. In 2006 he was promoted to the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board of Penzijní fond Komerční banky. Under his leadership the company was transformed and succeeded in the pension reform.
