Martina is a consultant at Egon Zehnder. In the past she was the CEO at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, Czech Republic. Under her leadership, the company has gone through a number of changes and keeps expanding its portfolio to provide comprehensive employee benefit solutions. Martina is a member of the international SWIFT association – Sodexo Women’s International Forum for Talent, which is a working group of 20 senior female managers committed to advancing the gender strategy globally.
