After graduation at the Czech Technical University in 1996, he worked for Schneider Electric for 15 years.

During the time, he held various managerial positions focusing on business strategy of Industrial Automation. At first, he developed the company’s business activities in the Czech Republic. From 2004 he led the global program of partner alliances based in France and from 2007 he was director of the system integrator segment in Asia & Pacific.
