Isold Heemstra has been appointed as CEO of ING Bank Czech Republic as of 1st September 2016. Prior to this position, Mr. Heemstra headed the Mortgage Division of ING-DiBa in Germany, after having the position as Chief Marketing & Strategy Manager of ING-DiBa. Before moving back to ING Bank, Mr. Heemstra was the Chief Operating and Strategy Officer (COO) for ING Insurance Berhad (now AIA) in Malaysia with the responsibility for all Life and General Insurance Operations, IT Division, Mortgage Division, Customer Service and Branch Network and Strategic Business Change.
