Andrea devoted her whole professional career to the field of human resources. She spent the first seven years of her career at VÚB Bank having worked at several positions in HR department, where she was responsible for establishing of the business partnering area and employer brand area. Since 2013, she acts as the HR Director in NN SR (formerly ING).
