Barbora has more than 25 years of business experience in international companies. Currently, she runs a non-profit organisation Autismus jako dar (Autism as a gift) which she founded with her husband.

She is also a coach and business consultant. Barbora studied marketing and market research in Belgium (RUCA University) and graduated from the University of Economics in Prague.
