Marcela Čechová is an Executive Coach and mentor. She helps senior leaders to enhance their leadership competencies, above all in the area of emotional and social intelligence development.
Prior to her focus on coaching, she spent two decades as a senior executive in the field of general management and human resource management. She acted as Vice-president of HR at UPC and HR Head and Site Director of Lonza Biotec in the Czech Republic. Last 10 years of her corporate career she lived in Switzerland and served in two roles, Head of Global HR and member of Management Committee at Lonza AG, and Site Head Basel Biotech Manufacturing (VP) at Hoffmann-La Roche, member of Global Drug Substance Leadership Team.
Marcela holds Master´s degree in International Business and together with her husband enjoys sport, nature and family, especially three granddaughters.
