Rudolf has been an active enterpreneur and a salesman for twenty years. Since 2008, he offers his services as an independent consultant, mentor and coach both for individuals as well as for companies. He focuses on leadership (leading and motivating team members), management, sales and soft skills, motivation and Inner Game of team. He actively dives, excersises aikido and runs marathons. His philosophy is that destiny isn't a question of coincidence, but the question of choice.
