Since April 2013, Zuhal Civi has served as the Head of Human Resources at Nestlé Czech Republic and Slovakia. She has worked for Nestlé for six years now, joining the Group in 2007 in Nestlé Turkey. After having graduated from Psychology, Ms. Civi gained extensive experience in various areas of Human Resources management in several international as well as local companies, e.g. Shell Oil or GE Corporate. She has deep knowledge of people development and focuses on ensuring sustainability in employees’ skills and capabilities, thus supporting the Nestlé business.
