Radka’s purpose is reinventing learning globally to activate uniqueness. Radka is the founder and managing partner of ATAIRU, an international education company. ATAIRU focuses on activating uniqueness of children & young people by helping then discover and develop their talents and passions and guides leaders & organizations towards authentic leadership and during strategic transformational program. Since 2013, ATAIRU has worked with 1000+ senior leaders and their companies across Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Radka is also an acclaimed author of leadership programs, video series Leadership Games and an active contributor to debates on the future of learning, in the context of educating children and leadership in exponential times, such as Peter Diamandis’s Abundance 360, TEDxEducation Prague and Future Port Prague.
Before founding ATAIRU she held various positions in business internationally. As a McKinsey consultant, she supported organizational transformation programs in several Central European companies, and led the firm’s work on diversity, including the pro bono study Unlocking the Full Potential of Women in Czech Business. As part of her MBA program at Harvard Business School, she co-authored The Authentic and Integrated Leadership Model. She lives in Prague with her husband and three children.
