Petra graduated from the University of Economics Prague. In 1995, she founded her own market research agency AMD. Four years later, she became the Managing Director of the newly formed Millward Brown Czech Republic. At the moment, she hold the position of the Regional Managing Director & Licensees Europe, being responsible for acquiring new companies in the CEE region and running 7 licensees offices.

Currently, Sonia is CFO at Allianz Pojstovna and Allianz penzijni společnost, where she is responsible for the finance processes as well as asset and risk management and reinsurance. She has 20 years of professional experience in finance, mostly in financial services area. Most recently she was CFO of Home Credit group worldwide, where she supported the company’s growth in emerging markets from Russia to China.
