Mgr. Zuzana Indruchova, PhD. has more than ten years’ experience from different HR managerial roles in an international environment with focus on HR business partnership, organizational effectiveness & development practice, and change management in FMCG and Production Sector. Starting as a development specialist, moving gradually upwards through HR Manager and Talent Organizational Effectiveness Manager partnering with countries for Central European region, was the Integrated Supply Chain HR Lead for different countries across South Central Europe.
At this moment, she acts as the People Lead for CZ/SK/HU countries at Mondelēz. A sweet world of chocolate, biscuits, snacks in general, where she has been already more than 15 years, giving her an appetite and energy back to constantly learn, being agile and explore an amazing field of human resources. She specializes in transformation, engagement, and career development agenda. Her post-graduation thesis and studies were focused on diversity management in the Czech companies.
She is a big supporter of flexible working, she herself returned to work after 6 months of maternity leave and was able to balance a professional career and being in a role of mother.
