After having spent about five years working abroad, Vladimíra returned to Prague in 2010 to pursue her own business in the area of mergers and acquisitions in the former CEE and ex-Yugoslavia with Karakoram Partners, a firm she co-founded.
Before moving abroad, Vladimíra was a fixture on the list of the Top 25 Czech Businesswomen. After earning an MBA at Harvard, she served as an analyst at Pepsi Cola International and a consultant at McKinsey & Co. Later, she held different senior positions at the Unicredit and IntesaSanpaolo banking groups.
