Joanna has more than seven years of managerial experience with establishing, leading and coaching of sales teams. She started her professional career in 2001 in the IT segment. She worked for both IBM and Oracle as Business Development Consultant, Sales Representative and afterwards as a manager of team of consultants focusing on sales in the IT sector in the CEE region. In her managerial career she focused mainly on talent support, team motivation and coaching. She has an MBA from Katz School of Business at the Pittsburgh University and also an MA title from cultural studies from the University of Katowice in Poland.
