Bettina graduated with a Masters Degree in Economics with a focus on computer science. She has since gained over 30 years of experience working at the intersection of Business and IT in the IT and banking sector. During this time, she worked 16 years in leading positions at SAP and 8 years as CEO of medium-sized companies in the IT industry.
Today, Bettina acts as a Senior Advisor predominantly for Start-Ups and FinTechs and she is a Board Member of a Start-Up in Frankfurt.
Since many years, she has committed herself to the topics of leadership and diversity which she promotes in several voluntary commitments.
She is regional board member of FidAR Rhein-Main (Women into executive boards), serves as a supporting Member at Femtec.Alumnae e.V. and is a mentor for the entrepreneurship program of the TU (technical university) in Darmstadt.
Since 2016, she supports the PwC European Women on Boards Mentoring Program as a mentor. Bettina is married and has a 23-year-old son.
