Irena is an Associate Partner within the Assurance practice of EY Czech Republic. Since November 2014 she is President of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic where she worked in the Financial Reporting Committee and was actively involved in the developing of Czech accounting legislation. She represents the Czech Republic in Accountancy Europe and IFAC. She graduated in accounting and auditing at the Prague University of Economics. Irena qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. She is a member of the National Accounting Board.
Irena was nominated in “25 Women of Czech Business“, award by Hospodarske noviny. Her hobbies include traveling, running, and skiing. She support non profit organization eg. Nadace Naše dítě, Adra, Kola pro Afriku, Nadace Terezy Maxové.
