Libor is a successful enterpreneur and Founder of Hearth.net platform, which is based on gift economy. Having founded and then managed successfully for 16 years his two servers - Jobs.cz and Prace.cz – leading Czech servers in the field of employee hiring – Libor sold them and now fully devotes himself to supporting spiritual communities, developing the concept of the gift economy and supporting philanthropic project that adress him with their positive energy. In Autumn 2013, Libor was the very first to organize His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s teaching in the Czech republic. In addition to being the chairman of the Adato Paradigma civic association, Libor is a member of YPO, board member of ASIA non-governmental organisation and also a board member of the International Dzogchen Community and a member of Global Philathropic Circle Synergos.
