Drahomíra Mandíková is a member of the board and executive committee of Plzeňský Prazdroj. For fifteen years now, she has been working in an environment which is, not just at first sight, a male domain. She holds the post of Corporate Affairs Director, in charge of the communication and reputation of the business and its brands. She is also a board member of the Czech Brewers and Maltsters Association, where she is actively involved in supporting the image of Czech Beer and advancing the Czech brewing industry. In the long term, Drahomíra Mandíková has been addressing the issues of corporate social responsibility. She engages in shifting the business environment towards greater sustainability, with her main focus being on diversity in business, female leadership and shaping corporate culture.
