Trupti Mohan is the Vice President of Human Resources at Fresenius Medical Care, a healthcare company that is world leader in Kidney Dialysis products and services. She is based in Singapore.
With 25 years of experience with well known organizations, Trupti has experienced the entire gamut of Human resources transformation including integration of technology in the workplace. She started her career with Johnson & Johnson where she led multiple roles in the country and in the Asia Pacific region before joining Fresenius Medical Care.
Trupti is passionate about mentoring others because not only is it a way to give back what she received but also for an avenue for her open her horizon. Her sweet spots are in the area of leadership, women leadership and personal development.
