Lenka Mrázová spent 21 years of her career in the field of international tax consultancy, auditing and accounting for large multinational companies. Now she challenge people to reshape their way of thinking and seeing things, change the view and later the world.
As a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers she enjoyed leading teams, developing her people and communicating with clients. For more than 13 years she woreds with NGOs: she acted as Chairwoman of the Board of VIA Foundation. People and empowerment of their authenticity is her focus now – she loves designing of inspirational workshops and trainings, coaching, mentoring and inspiring people, connecting people with ideas. She contributes regularly to Hospodarske noviny, Business Woman, Marie Claire, www.HRkavarna.cz and run the own webpage www.mentorka.cz.
