Renata Renata Mrázová began her career in 1995 in the Swedish pharmaceutical company Astra, where she held several positions in the Finance and HR departments. She joined ING group in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer for the Czech and Slovak Republic. In 2005, she decided to accept the offer to build Direct Insurance Company from scratch in the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board. The next period she devoted to her family and her own company, which specialized in retail activity. She returned to the position of CFO in ING Group in 2009. Since June 2011 she is responsible for the insurance and pension activities of ING on both Czech and Slovak markets as CEO. ING Life was awarded Best Insurance Company and Most Customer-Friendly Insurance Company in 2012 – within a prestigious competition arranged by Hospodarske noviny (HN) daily. She significantly contributes to increasing diversity in czech and slovak business by supporting mentoring programs for women.
