My purpose is to help others to discover their greatness and support them in their development. I have been in Real Estate for over 15 years, out of which 11 in leadership roles in Kaufland Czech rep.
My greatest strength and leadership style is founded on training and education. Currently, I am developing Real Estate Academy, an innovative platform focused on increasing the level of education and expertise in the field of Real Estate. Until May 2020, I was a Real Estate Director at the board of Kaufland responsible for over 130 stores, with investment budget over 120 million Euros annually and leading teams over 100 people. As a board member I built the entire Real Estate department including finding and developing team leaders including their successors, building cross functional teams & setting up effective collaboration and communication.
