Michaela has been in the Real Estate field for almost 20 years, with over 11 years in leadership roles at Kaufland Czech Republic. As a board member, she built the entire Real Estate department, developed team leaders and their successors, and established cross-functional teams with effective collaboration and communication. Currently, is she developing the Real Estate Academy, an innovative platform to enhance education and expertise in the Real Estate sector.
She is a founding member of Female Leaders in Real Estate (FLIRE), a non-profit organization that supports the professional and personal development of women in Real Estate, architecture, and construction. Michaela is certified by the Czech Mentoring Association, following the competency framework of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). With over 10 years of mentoring experience, Michaela created, oversees, and coordinates the mentoring program for members within FLIRE. She firmly believes that increasing the active participation of women will lead to a better world.
