She has over 20 years’ international experience delivering complex, innovative, cross functional change management initiatives in HR, Business Operations and IT. Melissa is a strong, flexible and dynamic leader, great at mobilizing people across cultures and geographies to create high performing, diverse, cross functional teams. She has significant experience maneuvering adeptly in complex matrix organizations, communicating comfortably and effectively to influence and negotiate at all levels. As an extremely well organized senior executive, Melissa is proactive and has a results oriented approach with a proven ability to formulate and socialize strategy, then turn that into tactical action plans to make things happen.
