Alice Punch has nearly two decades of management consulting experience across a wide range of industries and geographies. A global citizen, Alice has lived and worked in Canada, USA, Europe, and the Middle East & North Africa and has a particularly deep understanding of Central Europe. Her core expertise lies in helping senior leaders improve business performance through leadership development, change management, talent assessment and executive recruitment advisory. Alice is the Founder and Managing Partner of Punch Leadership Consulting. Prior to that, she served as Group HR Director for Sanofi. Her consulting career includes leadership of Korn/Ferry International’s EMEA Consumer Practice and BearingPoint, previously the Barents Group, where she advised Boards of financial institutions in CEE and MENA.
