I enjoy bringing solutions to complex problems through connecting various expertise and people. This can range from complex audit & accounting advisory projects to setting up new internal processes preparing companies for future innovations.
I have spent the last 18 years in PwC. Currently, I am a Director responsible for various projects/teams in the area of accounting advisory, audit and assurance services to both multinational companies and Czech firms in real estate industry, InfoCom and Energy.
In 2017/2018 I worked as Chief of Staff of CEE Assurance Leader, helping to drive the Assurance strategy in 29 CEE countries and delivering complex innovations projects such as bringing dashboard reporting online. I am also passionate about creating conditions to get the best out of people. As an example I co-drove PwC for Parents initiative. As part of my PwC journey I also spent a year in Seattle office in the United States, where I focused on assurance and SOX work for multinational clients in telecommunication industry.
I am a Fellow Member (FCCA) of the international Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and licenced Czech Statutory auditor. I further studied US GAAP framework and completed CPA certification in 2007. I am a graduate from the University of Economy in Prague with PhD degree completed in 2004. Apart from my full time job in PwC I lecture at University of Economics as external tutor for Master in Finance and Accounting English program. I enjoy travelling, reading and having fun with my 2 kids.
