Jitka has been working in Human Resources since 1998. Currently, she is the General Manager Administration at Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Czech. Before she spent one year as a HRD CEE Zone at VEOLIA, three years as a Chief Human Resources Officer at NN Investment Partners, Human Resources Director at Česká spořitelna, two and half years as a Vicepresident for Human resources and Property at Vodafone Czech republic. Earlier, she held senior HR positions in General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic, Norsk Hydro ASA, Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Czech and Accenture. She has been responsible for people recruitment, compensation and benefits schemes, training and development as well as for introduction of the companies’ motivation programs.
