After running her own business in sales and later working in the sales department of Johnson&Johnson, Barbora pursued her career in human resources. She held several senior positions at General Electric, including that of the HR Project Manager in Dublin.
After coming back to the Czech office, she was responsible for the employee benefits program for the CZ and SK. From 2003 to 2012, she worked as HR Director for the Deutsche Telekom Group, first in Slovakia and later in the Czech Republic. Currently, she acts as the Managing Director at her own company called Human Garden, which offers services in HR, corporate culture and coaching. Her greatest joy is her two small children. She enjoys mushrooming in the woods and she cannot imagine herself being on a diet.
