Joining the Odyssey mentoring program was an enriching experience as I had a very good mentor in Annie. She provided good advice on how to build stronger leadership capabilities and navigate one's career in the VUCA working world. It was especially useful since the mentoring period was smack in the pandemic period. Having someone as a strong sounding board during the difficult year of 2020 was truly a great blessing.
