In her current role as Southeast Asia Director for Major Gifts at Operation Mobilisation (OM) International, she cultivates relationships with major donors, national leaders and board directors in Southeast Asia to raise funds for its work. Prior to her role at OM, she headed the Singapore affiliate of Orbis International, headquartered in New York. She led revenue growth through strategically aligned partnerships, inspiring corporates and individuals to raise the resources for better eye health.
