After running her own business in sales and later working in the sales department of Johnson&Johnson, Barbora pursued her career in human resources. She held several senior positions at General Electric, including that of the HR Project Manager in Dublin.

After coming back to the Czech office, she was responsible for the employee benefits program for the CZ and SK.
