Magdalena is the Country Managing Partner of Ernst & Young in the Czech Republic and also a partner in the Assurance practice. In 1983, Magdalena joined the Boston office of Arthur Andersen and seven years later she founded their office in Prague. After merging with Ernst & Young, she continued to develop the audit, accounting and advisory practice in the Czech Republic.
