Michaela has been in the Real Estate field for almost 20 years, with over 11 years in leadership roles at Kaufland Czech Republic. As a board member, she built the entire Real Estate department, developed team leaders and their successors, and established cross-functional teams with effective collaboration and communication. Currently, is she developing the Real Estate Academy, an innovative platform to enhance education and expertise in the Real Estate sector.
