Marcela Čechová is an Executive Coach and mentor. She helps senior leaders to enhance their leadership competencies, above all in the area of emotional and social intelligence development.

Prior to her focus on coaching, she spent two decades as a senior executive in the field of general management and human resource management. She acted as Vice-president of HR at UPC and HR Head and Site Director of Lonza Biotec in the Czech Republic.
