Zuzana Indruchova, PhD. has more than ten years’ experience from different HR managerial roles in an international environment with focus on HR business partnership, organizational effectiveness & development practice, and change management in FMCG and Production Sector.  Starting as a development specialist, moving gradually upwards through HR Manager and Talent Organizational Effectiveness Manager partnering with countries for Central European region, was the Integrated Supply Chain HR Lead for different countries across South Central Europe.
