Denisa graduated from the Charles University, Law Faculty in Prague and from the Cambridge University. Since 1995, she has been working at Hewlett-Packard as a General Counsel for the CZ and SK (now HP Inc Czech Republic). As a member of the company executive board, she also takes on the role of the Company Secretary.
Zuzana has been working for YIT Group since 2010. Currently, as Head of Real Estate.
She is responsible for development of build to rent projects and rental services in the Czech Republic including roll out of the services across region - Slovakia, Poland and Baltic countries. Prior to her current position she was Customer Experience Manager in Central Eastern Europe.
Barbora has more than 25 years of business experience in international companies. Currently, she runs a non-profit organisation Autismus jako dar (Autism as a gift) which she founded with her husband.
She is also a coach and business consultant. Barbora studied marketing and market research in Belgium (RUCA University) and graduated from the University of Economics in Prague.
Petr linked the first part of his international career with Hydro Czech Republic, the local affiliation of Norsk Hydro ASA, where he served for almost nine years. Since 2002, he has been working as a Vice-President for Electric Powersteering Components Europe, a green-field joint venture in automotive industry owned by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and JTEKT Corporation.
While in law school I harboured a secret dream to become a journalist and/or a writer (conceivably both..). All it took for me to become a lawyer was to read an interview with an inspiring female lawyer and to try my hand at working for a law firm to become a member of “Team Law”.
RNDr.Michaela Hrdlickova, MBA, was born in Brno, where she also graduated from the University of Jan Evangelista Purkyně (now Masaryk University) in the field of General Biology. Michaela has specialized in microbiology and molecular biology and has been certified by Clinical Microbiology Investigative Methods. After several years of work in the microbiological laboratory she started working in 1995 in the pharmaceutical industry, where Michaela went through many positions from the medical representative to the CEO of the Czech branch.

Zuzana Indruchova, PhD. has more than ten years’ experience from different HR managerial roles in an international environment with focus on HR business partnership, organizational effectiveness & development practice, and change management in FMCG and Production Sector. Starting as a development specialist, moving gradually upwards through HR Manager and Talent Organizational Effectiveness Manager partnering with countries for Central European region, was the Integrated Supply Chain HR Lead for different countries across South Central Europe.

Joanna has more than seven years of managerial experience with establishing, leading and coaching of sales teams. She started her professional career in 2001 in the IT segment. She worked for both IBM and Oracle as Business Development Consultant, Sales Representative and afterwards as a manager of team of consultants focusing on sales in the IT sector in the CEE region.
Martina is HR Leader in PwC Czech Republic with a strong focus on Talent Management and enhancement of leadership competencies. She is a Mentor and a Certified Coach.
Martina has also more than 20 years experiénces in the financial area as an auditor in PwC, CFO in Raiffeisenbank or Business analyst in Toronto Dominion Bank.

Irena is an Associate Partner within the Assurance practice of EY Czech Republic. Since November 2014 she is President of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic where she worked in the Financial Reporting Committee and was actively involved in the developing of Czech accounting legislation. She represents the Czech Republic in Accountancy Europe and IFAC.

Michaela has been in the Real Estate field for almost 20 years, with over 11 years in leadership roles at Kaufland Czech Republic. As a board member, she built the entire Real Estate department, developed team leaders and their successors, and established cross-functional teams with effective collaboration and communication. Currently, is she developing the Real Estate Academy, an innovative platform to enhance education and expertise in the Real Estate sector.

I have always been very passionate about my work and put all my affords to
achieve good results. When I was appointed to regional role as Development
Manager of Sales, Marketing and Customer Services in YIT Group, I realized that
being responsible for 6 different markets requires even more than plenty of
time, energy and focus.
